MY MISSION

MY MISSION

A Space for Your Whole Self

Inner Echo Counseling was born from the belief that our struggles carry profound wisdom—calling us to reconnect with ourselves, and guiding us toward growth, clarity, and lasting change. My approach blends traditional psychological practices with creative, experiential methods such as mindfulness, music, expressive arts, movement, and nature-based activities, allowing healing to take place beyond words alone.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), my mission is to offer compassionate, individualized support that meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, grief, or life transitions, this is a space to gently explore what lies beneath, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and cultivate your capacity to live an authentic, deeply connected life.

Healing through self-discovery and connection.

“If we listen closely, there is an echo within each of us—a longing that reverberates throughout our soul, calling us toward the depths of our own being.” — Theo Hammond

Areas I Support You Through:

  • Anxiety can feel overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting—but beneath it often lies important insight. We’ll gently explore your anxiety’s root causes, build effective coping strategies, and strengthen your resilience through evidence-based and experiential methods, so you can navigate life with greater calm, clarity, and ease.

  • Depression often leaves you feeling disconnected from yourself and the world around you. Our work together will help you gently identify underlying emotional wounds, uncover sources of meaning and hope, and cultivate practical tools to restore joy, purpose, and connection in your everyday life.

  • Trauma can linger long after the event, shaping how you relate to yourself and others. Together, we’ll create a safe space to gently process your experiences, employing trauma-informed therapies that integrate mindfulness, somatic practices, and creative expression to help you heal emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

  • Relationships can be complex—but they’re also powerful catalysts for growth. Whether you’re facing conflict, navigating difficult dynamics, or simply seeking deeper connection, our sessions will help foster compassionate communication, strengthen emotional bonds, and equip you with the tools to sustain healthier, more meaningful relationships.

  • Addiction is often rooted in deeper emotional pain or unmet needs. Our approach moves beyond symptom management to explore and address underlying causes, helping you develop healthier coping mechanisms, reconnect with your sense of self, and find meaningful freedom and lasting recovery.

  • Major life transitions and losses can feel overwhelming and disorienting. Whether you’re facing grief, significant life changes, or periods of uncertainty, we’ll walk together at your pace, gently exploring your emotions and experiences, cultivating inner resources, and empowering you to move forward with greater clarity, compassion, and strength.

Every step inward is a step toward the life you’ve been longing to live.
